On Monday, November 19th Windsor City Council will be deliberating how to respond to recent cuts to the Community Start Up and Maintenance Benefit.  Hamilton City Councillor and Chair of the City Emergency and Community Committee Judi Partridge, representing Flamborough’s Ward 15 has sent an open letter to Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis and Windsor City Councillors to let them know Hamilton will stand by them and other Ontario municipalities to urge the provincial government to reverse recent cuts to homelessness prevention programs.  The letter is available here:  judi partridge letr.
